Private Policy

All readings are 100% confidential.  No information will be shared with any third party at any time.  If I may wish to use your reading for as an example for whatever reason, I will contact you for permission before using the reading and all personal information will be changed or deleted.

Nobody likes spam in their inbox.  I will never release your e-mail to any third party nor spam you with any information that you  have not willingly signed up for.

Reading Guidelines

All paid readings will be completed within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.  To receive your reading you must fill out the form with your name, birthday, e-mail, and question or area along with payment via PayPal.  If I  have not received information through either of these sources then your reading will be delayed until I receive this information.  If this occurs, I will send you an e-mail to notify you that there is an issue.  From there this is your responsibility.

If you happen to make a payment, but fail to fill out the contact form telling me your name, birthday, and question(s) then I will attempt to e-mail you about the issue.  However, if I do not receive a response within a week then you will be refunded for the payment.

All readings will be performed using the Rider-Waite Deck.

I will not read for anyone under the age of 18.

I will not provide any readings that are focused on legal or health matters.

I will not tell you what to do.  Tarot readings are meant to provide guidance and clarity to your situation — they do not tell you what to do and if I told you what to do that would be unethical.  I will provide you with guidance and advice, but what you choose to do with that is completely up to you.  Nobody knows what is ultimately best for you except for YOU.  I encourage my clients to achieve a sense of personal empowerment in their lives.

I will not provide you with specific dates and timelines for an outcome to occur.  From my experience, I believe in the power of free will and co-creating rather than relying on future prediction.  If it is future prediction that you are looking for, then I recommend another reader.

After the reading is complete, you are free to send me e-mails with questions regarding your reading in case any of my insights were confusing or unclear.  However, if these questions require me to draw more cards then I will ask you to pay for another reading.  Also, I will not provide you with further information beyond questions related to the reading.

Remember that I am not a certified therapist at this point in time so I cannot legally say or do anything to help you with psychological factors.  Because this is a consultation/coaching work, I will only provide advice or suggestions that YOU must take personal responsibility for.  If there are any issues that you feel the need to really vent about with someone, I suggest you contact a certified therapist.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your reading I will provide you with another reading with the same initial questions that you provided for free.  However, if you are still unsatisfied with your reading a refund will not be given because this is a service and it has taken a considerable amount of my time to provide you with that service.

• I will strive to treat everyone with respect regardless of race, gender, cultural differences, or religion.
• I will provide all readings with complete honesty and integrity.  There is no information that I will give you that I truly do not see or sense in the cards.
• I believe in the power of free-will and co-creation with the universe.  Therefore, I will provide readings, suggestions, and advice with the thought in mind that the future is in your hands.  I will encourage my clients to take full responsibility for their lives.
• Tarot cards are neither good or bad.  Instead, they are used to provide guidance through your life’s journey.
• I have the right to deny a client for any reason.
• I do not predict death dates or illness.
